Hey! The Peak is looking for a creative and entrepreneurial Social Media Manager to join our team. While the position is remote, our HQ is based in Toronto and candidates must be located in Canada.
About The Peak
Let's face it: Canadian business news can be pretty dull. Before The Peak, Canadian business coverage was dry, complicated and hard for even the most patient reader to get through. But we knew it didn't have to be that way. Canada has some great business stories—they just need to be told in a tone and format that modern business leaders would actually enjoy.
So that's what we did. We started The Peak to help Canada's modern business leaders get smarter and stay informed with news and content that's fast, entertaining, and digestible. Across newsletters, podcasts, events, and social media we reach an audience of over 100,000 modern Canadian business and public policy leaders.

- Stay on top of business news and create content responding to big events in real time.

- Plan and distribute original evergreen social content.
- Work closely with our partnerships team to brainstorm and execute sponsored content.
- Work closely with the content team to improve content across all channels.
- Generate conversation with our Peak Pals by responding to comments and DMs.
